Ann Charles rejoined Viewpoint as VP of Marketing in 2005, having previously served in a similar capacity in 2000-2001. She is responsible for developing a unified message across all of Viewpoint’s lines of business and communicating this with Viewpoint’s clients, partners, shareholders, and the press. Ms. Charles has two decades of marketing experience in the consumer electronics and internet industries.

Prior to returning to Viewpoint, Ms. Charles served as Director of Marketing & Sales Operation for Sony Electronics where she managed the marketing, sales operation and customer experience for the B2C/B2B channels and direct business. Her team was responsible for marketing strategy, sales metrics and reporting, customer service, and internet marketing. Ms. Charles has held several marketing leadership posts for over a decade at Sony. Prior to Sony, she served with Canon USA and Konica Corporation. Throughout her career, Ms. Charles has pioneered new marketing channels, rigorously analyzed their effectiveness, and championed the customer experience.

Ms Charles has an MBA from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Ramapo College.
